ENGINE
At the core of the KOVE 450 RALLY beats a 449cc DOHC single engine, kept cool by dual radiators, each equipped with its own electric cooling fan. Additionally, an external oil cooler ensures the engine’s lifeblood stays cool, while providing extra oil capacity for longer service intervals. The bike’s fuel delivery is expertly managed by fuel injection, regulated by a top-tier Bosch ECU.

AIR, FUEL & RANGE
The motor of the KOVE 450 RALLY is nestled within a steel semi-perimeter frame that holds three individual fuel tanks with a combined volume of 31 liters offering an over 500 km range.  Two primary tanks flanking either side of the frame's central backbone, while a third tank, performing a dual role as the subframe, is situated at the bike's rear.. To inspect the air filter, a simple pull on the seat release cable lets the seat snap off, exposing a large foam air filter element securely positioned high to shield it from water and dust.

SUSPENSION & HEIGHT
The 450 RALLY’s suspension utilizes fully adjustable 49mm YU-AN forks, along with a matching YU-AN reservoir monoshock, providing a generous 12” of suspension travel on the High Seat model or 10" of suspension travel on the Low Seat model.  The Low version offers a 36" seat height with the High version seat height at 37.8".

LED LIGHTING

DIGITAL DISPLAY ON INTEGRATED NAV TOWER

SWITCHABLE ABS w/ MEMORY

SUSPENSION
The front fork is a 49mm Yu-Ann, borrowed from the 450 Rally but specifically tuned for the 800, held securely by a billet triple clamp with an integrated Steering Stabilizer. In the rear, a linkage-equipped Yu-Ann piggyback shock offers adjustable high-speed and low-speed compression as well as rebound damping.

BRAKING
For braking power, the 800X Rally features a single 310mm disc up front, bringing the bike to a quick stop when needed. Its ABS system offers flexible options: choose from On, Front-Wheel ABS Only, or Off entirely—and if you stop briefly using the kill switch, it retains the last ABS setting when restarted.
