Crash Bars for Triumph Tiger 800 XR, XC, XRx, XRx LOW, XRT, XCx or XCA

One of the biggest advantages of our crash bars system is the all around 25mm diameter tubing that rests on 5mm thick steel mounting tabs and offers reliable protection for fairing, radiator, engine case and other parts of the engine.

The design is based on the philosophy that less is often more, hence we created a compact, sturdy set of crash bars that do not reach far away from its mounting points. This system perfectly complements the sporty, aggressive lines of the Triumph Tiger 800.

Products dispatched from Dualsport Plus will typically ship within 1-2 days. While items from various suppliers, though not exclusively, may take 1-3 or 7-10 days for shipping. The precise shipping duration will be finalized during checkout.

Kindly be aware that stock availability is subject to change and may be limited with certain suppliers. As a result, ensuring availability at all times might not be achievable.

For detailed insights into estimated shipping times for each supplier, kindly refer to our shipping policy page.

Features

  • Quality 25mm/0.98″ steel tube with 2mm wall thickness – any low quality steel tubing BELOW THESE SPECS will be crushed when your 450lbs bikes crashes into the ground. Our crash bars will take the beat!

  • Less is often more. We didn’t try to cover the whole entire bike with crash bars that look like a cobweb. The Triumph Tiger 800 models have very few tough mounting points, thus it makes more sense to create one solid and compact crash bar that stays close to the few mounting points instead of being far spread out that results in an overly flexible and “soft” structure. It will do more damage to your Tiger 800! Our compact and tough crash bars are the only way to go here to truly protect your Triumph’s expensive and fragile parts.

  • Powder coated – combined with sandblasting it’s a killer combination to protect your product’s surface. No frills and tough just like your ADV/Dual Sport bike!

  • 6kg/13lbs

Excellent produit!

Good for price.

The bars seem well made enough but fitment for the left side required removal of a great amount of material on the mounting tab to clear my coolant elbow where it enters the case. The upper bar on the left side is also in contact with my upper coolant hose just off the radiator outlet. I installed a small plastic shim to prevent any vibrational wear on the hose. The right side basically bolted right up and the cross bar was a tight fit even when both sides were left loose to accommodate install of the cross bar. Still, I didn’t expect perfection and for the price I believe it’s worth it. It was just a shame to have to wreck the coating on that one tab.

100% recommended

Very impressed, this is a significant upgrade over the factory bars. The Triumph bars seem barely adequate when placed side by side. Installation took longer than expected, ensure you have the proper tools before you begin. I have a 2016 XCA model. I will be ordering the skid plate to match.
