The Adventure Moto/Outback Motortek X-Frames for the KTM 790/890 Adventure R / S are the most universal and functional side pannier frames yet, allowing simple, secure mounting of Rotopax, hard panniers and soft luggage.

We also offer asymmetrical (narrower profile) pannier racks. Asymmetrical pannier racks width: 54cm

The new X-Frame sliding "X" plate design allows our tool box to be installed on the inside both with the X-Frame version and standard pannier racks. For standard pannier racks, 1x "X" bracket must be purchased separately in order to install our tool box.

Matte black powder coated mild steel frames with an alloy X-bracket with multiple Rotopax mounting positions for custom weight distribution, as well as multiple tie-down points. You can even remove the X-Bracket from your frames when running Hard Luggage to reduce the frame weight.

They work, but...

Service from Dualsport plus was great, no complaints at all. The racks are just okay. Not a perfect fit for the 2023 KTM 890 Adventure, the right side required some grinding to fit, and do yourself a favour and remove the rear portion of the exhaust when installing the right side.

Very durable and well thought out design with precise fitment. They look fantastic on my new KTM 890 R adventure. They are perfect for my back country Panier bags from Mosko Moto.. I highly recommend both these products for those who want no hassle, well thought out products that exceed your expectations.

Great racks

Shipping was quicker than I thought which is nice.

Installation is quite straight forward. One bolt is tricky to tighten due to the positioning of the muffler…but a long Allen key did manage to do the trick. Once installed the rack seems rock solid.

I anticipate using soft kreiga panniers, but it would be good to know if these racks can be configured for the monokey system that many hard luggage manufacturers use.

Super happy with my purchase.
